Overview
The Health Officer collects and maintains the Part A and Part B Health Forms for the Pack on an annual basis. They ensure that all scouts headed to an outing have a current Health Form on file.
Tasks
- Distribute Health Forms through Pack Meeting Folders, Website, Email and other means.
- Collect Health Forms into a single binder.
- Track families that have not completed forms.
- Carry the binder or hand off to an assigned leader for all overnight outings.
Time Requirement
September Health Form Kickoff – 30 minutes.
General emails and research – 30 minutes per month.
Monthly report prep – 10 minutes per month.
