DESCRIPTION:Scouts\, Rev up your engines! Pack 63 is hosting our annual Pinewood Derby on February 3\, 2024 @ Rose Glen Elementary School.   \nRacing Begins at 9am\, try to arrive by 8:30.   \nAs always\, it is a bunch of fun for the kids\, and parents alike! \nRemember\, a trophy can be earned in the following categories: \n\nBest Scout Spirit\nMost Patriotic\nMost Unusual\nMost Animal Like\nMost Creative Use of Material\nMost Colorful\nMost Food Like\nBest of Show (Cubmaster’s Choice)\n\nTrophies for 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place in each den.   \nThe top two scouts from each den will participate in the Grand Champions Race. \nTrophy for Scout fastest lap also! \n Family members…..don’t worry you can participate also!  \nThe Family Race will be held between rounds 3 and 4 of the Scout Race. (1st\,2nd\,3rd given for family) \nConcessions will be available to fuel those race bellies! \nPlease see attachments below for official rules and flyers for the 2024 pinewood derby. \n  \nRegistration / Weigh-in Dates \n02/01/2024 & 02/02/2024 \nLocation: Rose Glen Elementary \n6:30 – 8:00pm Thursday \n6:30 – 8:00pm Friday \n  \nIf you need a car\, they will be at the December Pack meeting\, or contact Joe Ribbich to get a hold of one.  All scouts that are registered and dues are paid get 1 car.  Family members can purchase additional cars for $5.
